This is the first image of a series that got Rafael Fuchs "The Rosa Merkin" award upon graduating from "Bezalel" Art Academy in Jerusalem.

The artist is not aware of the Nurse in his environment, that would attempt to stir him away from his interaction with a projected image; from his world of fantasy and indulgence.
The Nurse, who is dressed up in a way that could easily meet the artist's level of fantasy, is communicating with the viewer, and creating another layer of interaction and fantasy.
